We currently do not offer international shipping or priority shipping.
As all products are handmade there may be a delay and some products may be on backorder. If this was to occur, House of Luxx will contact you.
All deliveries are via Australia Post and House of Luxx take no responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
Return Policy
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase on products, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened, or damaged on their way back to us.
Please provide your order number with your return and make sure your product/s are wrapped well so that they arrive in a re-saleable condition.
Please note the shipping back cost of an unwanted product and isn't refundable by House of Luxx. We recommend sending your product back with a tracked service, as we're not able to provide support should items go missing before they reach us.
